  Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!! I called our sales person to get new home alarm remotes. He told me to text him pictures of the remote. I did and waited 2 days then I texted him 3 times asking the status, NO REPLY. Finally, I decided to call the main number. I left a message with the receptionist (she was nice) about my issue.
  
  So a woman by the name of Corey calls me and leaves a message “texting pictures to employees isn’t the best way to communicate with the company.” SERIOUSLY......I wasn’t communicating to the company, I contacted the sales person with whom we did business with for the alarm remotes. Typically if person gives you their business card and tells you to contact them if you need anything that’s WHO YOU CONTACT, right????? I texted the pictures to him per his request!!! This witch made it my fault and I should have sent to the company.
  
  Corey is the Operations Manager, sad to have a person with a title and no costumer service etiquette. Instead of apologizing and let me know in a professional manner the best way to communicate is through the company. NO, her message was very condescending and made it MY problem I contacted the sales person.
  
  Of course, I wasn’t nice when I returned her call from the condescending message she left me. Even speaking to this person on the phone she’s rude and condescending. Customer Service is EVERYTHING, it speaks VOLUMES for the type of company they run.
  
  Seems this company needs some serious customer service courses as well as manager training. A professional skilled MANAGER would NEVER leave a message and/ or speak in a condescending tone to a PAYING CUSTOMER!!!!!!
  
  This company OBVIOUSLY does NOT care about their customers.
