  I have honestly loved living here. Like most reviews there were small (teeny tiny) sugar ants in my apartment but since the new manager Courtney took over she has done something different. I don't see them anymore. Well seen a few on my front door but not in the house. When summer first hit spiders were definitely out but not anymore than you would see anywhere else. Maintenance has come fast most of the time. They have fixed patios (front and back) and fixed the parking lot. Only major issue I have had was parking. I work late so when I get home at 1 or 2 am I have to walk through the complex to get home BUT I have NO kind of safety concerns walking through them!!! To me that says a lot. They are supposed to start building a deck to the tenants. It would have been great to have while I was here but that's okay. I would recommend to friends and family. Some people have had worse experiences than me but this is mine.
