  I don't often need to rent a car but needed one for a trip there in August. I have always used Enterprise. While trying to book on the website, an anomaly existed that if i rented for six days the cost was $100 LESS than if i rented for five days. Unfortunately, we would arrive too late on the first day to pick up the car during business hours. Frustrated, I called the office in League City directly and spoke with Mario, even offering to pay a month early to secure the better rate. He was utterly unhelpful and said any other options were completely impossible even if i went directly through the local office. He completely dismissed every opportunity to even try to help within a couple of minutes. Thanks to Mario, I discovered Hertz could meet my exact needs, online, for the identical $506 amount. Had Mario even ATTEMPTED to assist me, I probably would gone ahead and booked with Enterprise. Just a little customer service would have gone a long way.
