  Brought in my Concept Z to remove bad line and put on the HookSpit Platinum braid. I was shopping while the associate was spooling on the new line and I heard some noise from his area but thought nothing of it. When I went to pay, he said no charge. I thought this was pretty cool but when I got to put the reel on the rod, there was a chip in the paint by the thumb bar and paint was scraped off the foot. Apparently the noise was the reel banging around. HookSpit said they'd take care of it and that it would be 2-3 weeks normal but they would try and expedite it. 2 weeks go by and I hear nothing so I call. Get told that it can take up to 3 weeks (expedited?). 3 weeks go by and still no call so I call again. I get the feeling of a "don't call us, we'll call you" attitude so I send an email. Week 4 comes along and I get a call from them saying it'll ship at the end of the week. Friday of week 5 and I have to call to check. Got told it's been there so I say I'll be in Saturday to pick it up and was told "see you tomorrow". Show up Saturday and they're closed (website says open Saturday) so I have to go back again the following Monday.
  
  I love the rods but this was ridiculous.
